Sup Oyong Telur Kocok

Bahan :
  • 1 bh Oyong kecil iris tipis2
  • 1 bh telur, kocok
  • Ayam kampung cincang / giling 2 sdm
  • Garam sedikit
  • Gula pasir sedikit ( u mendapatkan rasa gurih )
  • Daun bawang / daun seledri iris tipis sedikit saja
Cara Memasak :
  • Rebus oyong dan ayam giling sampai empuk, kecilkan api.masukkan telur kocok sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk2. Masukkan daun bawang / seledri,beri garam dan gula. Angkat dan sajikan
  • untuk 3 porsi
