Sate Pusut

Sate Pusut

Bahan:

  • 500 gr daging has
  • 6 lbr daun jeruk, iris tipis
  • 2 sdt air jeruk nipis
  • 150 ml santan
  • 1 sdt garam
  • 1 sdt gula merah
  • 1/2 sdt lada

Haluskan:

  • 8 bh bawang merah
  • 4 siung bawang putih
  • 6 bh cabai merah
  • 1 sdt ketumbar

Cara membuat:

  1. Potong daging, iris tipis selebar 3 cm, pukul-pukul sampai melebar.
  2. Aduk daging dengan bumbu halus, santan, daun jeruk, garam, dan lada, aduk rata.
  3. Diamkan selama 15 menit.
  4. Tusukkan daging 3-4 potong ke dalam tusukan sate.
  5. Bakar sate sampai matang.
