Resep Bolu Hong Kong

Bahan:
  • 8 btr kuning telur
  • 6 btr putih telur
  • 150 gr gula pasir
  • 1 sdm emulsifier
  • 140gr tepung terigu protein rendah
  • 10 gr tepung maizena
  • 1 sdt baking Powder
  • 150 gr margarin, lelehkan

Cara membuat:

  1. Kocok telur, gula dan SP sampai mengembang kental, tambahkan tepung terigu, maizena dan baking powder sambil diayak dan diaduk rata
  2. Tuang margarin leleh, aduk rata
  3. Tuang adonan kedalam cetakan bolu Hong Kong yg sudah dilapisi kertas
  4. Oven 20 menit suhu 180’C.
