Rendang Paru

Bahan:
  • 750 gram paru yang telah direbus, potong dadu 2 cm
  • 1,5 liter santan kental dari 4 butir kelapa
  • 200 gram bumbu rendang basah/siap beli
  • 1 potong asam kandis
  • 1 cm lengkuas, memarkan
  • 2 batang serai, memarkan
  • 4 lembar daun jeruk
  • 4 lembar daun salam
  • 1 lembar daun kunyit
  • 1 sdt garam, 1/2 sdt merica bubuk
  • 2 sdm kecap manis BANGO
  • 1 sdt bumbu pelezat serbaguna

Cara membuat:
  1. Paru yang telah direbus potong dadu 2 cm.
  2. Siapkan wajan campur bumbu rendang, asam kandis, lengkuas, serai, daun jeruk, salam dan kunyit, didihkan.
  3. Setelah mendidih, masukkan garam, merica, kecap manis BANGO dan bumbu pelezat serbaguna rasa sapi, kecilkan api masukkan potongan paru, masak terus hingga kuah mengering dan berminyak dan paru berwarna lebih gelap, angkat.
  4. Sajikan sebagai pelengkap ketupat.
